yesterday nite went wif my hubby to golden mile complex to book for our trip to KL in Oct... as u koe dat there a no. of travel agencies there... we went ard looking for the best rates... we said dat transtar travel has a first-class 16 seater coach to KL, seem beri attractive leh (round trip is SGD96)... so we went inside n ask them the rates for booking in Oct.. from outside i see the staff in their uniform looked beri smart so i guess the service muz be gd lor... in the end got a shock... service so damn lousy one... they told mi the rates for oct will be out oni mid-sept (bullshit!!!) and he can't even gif mi an estimated amt of the rates... mi n my hubby sun believe lor... other agency there already promoting the rates all the way till 01-Jan-06... the transtar staff tink we stupid meh... so angry with them... wun let them earn our $$$... in the end we booking wif grassland travel, staff so polite n friendly.... *thumbs up* we booked 3D2N KL f&e... cost SGD308 for two pax... incl. of b'fast also at the Royale Bintang hotel.... i hope it will be a pleasant trip.. tis is gonna be mi 2nd trip wif my hubby overseas... i wan to shop till i drop.. hahaha... argh... but still got ard 3 more mths to 29-Oct....
