i've always tot dat it's quite impossible to haf an understanding boss until i joined my current company... my boss Esther is veri nice to me (n everyone else in the company of coz), i'm veri happy here n hope dat i can stay in tis company as long as possible under her charge...

Every morning w/o fail, she'll say hi n bye as n when she coms or leaves the office... unlike the previous bosses i had.. such a friendly lady!!! when she knows dat my dad was in the hospital, she consoled me n ask mi to go on leave until my dad's better, saying dat i was not to be worried abt my wk being affected. i was touched by her understanding, i had oni joined the company in june n will oni complete my probation end of the mth...

i can say dat she's a veri supportive boss also. she'd asked whether i planned to continue my studies. i told her regarding the difficulties i had to find the $$ for the course fees. She immediately offered to be my guarantor should i need to borrow from the banks or credit company (coz guarantor muz earn 30k/annum n above). it's difficult to find someone who's willing to be a guarantor u know???
