2day is a very fruitful day for mi.... got a free lunch fm my boss at fish&co. coz our vietnam vip customer came again... we were there at 1.45pm n left ard 3.10pm... was too full after eating the baked salmon n some sambal grilled seasonal fish... went to taka with my boss to see see look look aft the late lunch, window shop awhile at Mng n Guess, saw the Guess travel bag dat i like but couldn't buy as i already bought a Elle bag 2 weeks ago n low budget... lastly went Isetan with boss to find eary grey tea.. she's been tokin abt the earl grey ever since she had a wonderful cup of it at Grand Hyatt in Bkk... hard to find fantastic earl grey tea here... in the end we reached office 4plus liao... wah today i really slacker.. like work half day oni... anywhere boss will be in Hkg tml n be bac oni on mon, den off she goes for her 1wk holiday in melbourne, so i'll be seeing her oni the week aft next... coz fri i on half day leave n also monday on 1 day leave... shall slack for the next few days... yipee, next week 2 public holidays!!!also counting down to tis sat... going KL with hubby. can shop til i drop but i low budget... oni will change SGD150 which is abt RM330++ if i'm nt wrong. but betta den nothing rite... i specially bought a new digi cam for the occasion, a canon ixus50... paid ard SGD630 inclusive of 3yrs extended warranty which cost extra SGD45. the digi cam was selling at SGD599, less SGD50 disc from the original SGD649, got a free canon carry case worth SGD39.90 n a 512mb card worth SGD79.90. i guess it's rather a gd deal for mi.. can't wait for the day to com.... so excited!!!

after all the fuss, my broadband service resume... went round n round ayer rajah today looking for starhub service centre coz it's nt a the same location as given on the book.. nb, waste precious 30mins.. really will take a long time to explain wat actually happen so i tink i better nt write it down... modem found nt to be faulty, waste my trip down liao.. lucky nv call their contractor or technician down to check, coz suddenly service resume liao.. heng heng heng.. GOD's blessing!!!went chinatown after all the ordeal for lunch n head hm after dat... feeling damn full from the chee cheong fun, yam cake n jap curry rice....FEELIING HAPPY!!!!

here i am, alone in the office again... salesman out for sales, accounts on urgent half day leave and boss outstation in Bkk... sianz... can't go back leh, though nobody will ever come in and occasionally one or two phone calls... luckily got free magazines... now oni mid oct but i already got the latest nov issue of Style & Female. gonna slack my day away... will juz answer some e-mails... tomorrow will be back to normal liao... i shall treasure the moment now! *wink*
one more thing, yesterday i finally signed up for PSB Diploma in Business Administration, was pondering whether to take it anot. Actually had planned to do so for their oct intake but due to dad's problem, i had it postponed.. but saw fm my e-mail they gonna increase the fees by $400, in my heart i tink mai tu liao, after work went down n sign up immediately... today rush to post the ntuc-sep application for 80% subsidies and PSB Achievers card juz in case the ntuc-sep not approved den i'll pay by instalments myself... also make it a point to study nw b4 i lose all interest....
SIGH... MY DAYS OF BEING POOR IS HERE AGAIN....

last mth i signed up a 18-mths contract with starhub for their maxonline 2000, they give me a free motorola modem... so damn fast give me problem... got broadband also can't use nw... really @#$%& need to give the starhub cust svc a piece of my mind for giving me a lousy modem... make mi feel so emotionally upset!!!

heard fm my mum a few days back dat the mamak shop at our block downstairs has closed down for good... feelin a bit sad for it... mi n sis has patronised the mamak shop for our snacks since we were young... it was there for more than 15yrs... sort of like being a part of my childhood... actually the uncle has mentioned a few yrs back dat he is going back to india but eventually stayed on... i do not know y..tinking of the mamak shop reminds mi of the fond memories i had... i remember buying those big gold coin chocolates and mamee noodles... so cheap n tasty... even magazines were being sold at one time, guess it stopped when the sales wasn't gd after all... business wasn't dat thriving ani more since the blocks behind has 3 provisions... even the opposite the road has a few provisions shops too, not forgetting 15mins walk away is the NTUC...argh... i miss the mamak store... the block seems so quiet w/o the familiar sight of the uncle in his sarong n his wife in sari... the background music of tamil songs playing on the radio... a part of my childhood, gone into history....

last fri evening, went wif my colleague to the dinner party at Meritus Mandarin organised by NYK for their customers. the atmosphere was fine, i had tot it was a sit-down dinner, alas it was a buffet. it was indicated on the invitation that the party starts at 6.30pm, we were late n reached there ard 7pm. many of the ppl invited were all stand near the front of the ballroom which makes it looked as if many ppl attended. in fact, out of the 200ppl invited, abt 100plus attended oni. the buffet started at 7.30pm... everyone was crowded ard the buffet table.. dat included mi *grin* went straight for the main course... steam dumplings, scallops, fish fillet... blah blah blah. after which i aim towards the dessert side for the mini cakes & dark chocolate cup tiramisu... wow, the tiramisu sure was fantastic that i went back for more.. fyi, it's beri small one, one mouthful n dats it, leaves u yarning for more...went back at 8plus though the party was supposed to end at 9.30pm... tis kind of party is nt suitable for mi... dun really koe the ppl therefore will feel awkard... pls dun let mi be invited to these kind of party animore... but i'll miss the great food.. *winks*

yesterday we had our ite logistics class gathering, the last one we had was almost a yr ago on 29th oct'04. tis time oni mi, chanel, saitin, lay tin, joanne & jocelyn attended, not forgetting a fren of chanel... dinner at swensen was so so coz the menu has shrinked... less items to choose fm... ktv was fun... we missed meiting, coz she got an emergency meeting at work (she was still in the office at 11pm++), sandy n shindy who bad had something on... guess it always more or less the same ppl attending... tink maybe gonna lose my voice fm too much singing juz nw..
hubby was being such a darling... came specially fm woodlands to fetch mi hm fm orchard... Love u dear! he had earlier said dat it's drizzling so i should hitch a ride fm chanel... feeling so touch nw coz hubby always makes it a point to fetch mi hm when i'm out late...
ARGH... GONNA HAF SOME BEAUTY SLEEP NW!!!
