wohoo... i can't be more happy den now...yes, i mean NOW!!! we've got the AD date liao, or should i say Customary Wedding date?? tis aftn, my mum, sis, nephew (little devil), hubby & mi went to bugis to pray to the Goddess of Mercy. What more could i pray for... good health to my family, hubby & in-laws... everything be smooth-sailing for us.... actually the main motive of going bugis is dat hubby & mi wans to visit the geomancer at Fu Lu Shou Complex to get our AD dates... i koe it's kiasu of mi to get the date now when we're planning for the AD to be in Dec'07. But.... better to get the date and book the banquet rite??? otherwise all the nice restuarants or hotels get booked on all the auspicious dates in Dec'07... we've gotten 3 dates tentatively, two in Dec'07 & one in Jan'08 coz we rejected 25-Dec as we tot our frens or relatives might wan to celebrate X'mas. we were told to get 3 dates juz in case the banquest venues are all booked up.. if really suay until all the 3 dates are booked, we'll haf to re-look again... haha, i shall make sure i book my banquet venue by May'06.. YES, u nv see wrongly, i mean May'06 ok??after dat, went to Victoria St. for dinner. had a great vegetarian "zhi cha" dinner whereas hubby chose to eat "bak chor mee" & hokkien mee. Den, i went to change my 2-yr old glasses at Bras Basah Complex, the optical shop dat i frequent was closed for the day, end up went to Capitol Optical to make the glasses. *OMG* the optician said i got ASTIMAGTISM and all these years i didn't koe abt tis!!!! mum heard tis n started blabbering away "see lah, always tell u dun lay on the bed n read rite.. now got astimagtism liao lah", and so the story go "di da di, di da di da, di da di... but still gotta thank mum coz she sponsored mi the glasses....THANK U MUM!!!! HAPPILY SKIPPING AWAY.... YEAH YEAH YEAH!!!

tink most of my frenz koe dat i'm planning for my customary wedding in dec'08, but after my dicussions wif my hubby... we've decided to bring it forward to dec'07 which is one yr earlier den planned. well, the main reason is i tink dat if i've gotta wait 3.5yrs to haf my customary wedding (count fm may'05 when i ROM-ed), i'll go crazy lor.. the long wait makes me sian, tink if really '08 den customary, i may as well not haf it coz no excitement and interest liao...due to the change of plans, i gotta start my much awaited diet real soon.. first, by going to aqua-aerobics from march onwards. maybe gonna visit a dietician to work out a slimming plans... if i alot more $$$, i wan to go Marie France!!! *wahaha* any sponsors out there??? I WAN TO LOSE WEIGHT!!!!

every koes that it's hard to get a credit card unless u earn more den 30k/annum in S'pore... i'm the less fortunate ones who dun get the change to own one... well, pros & cons lah... wif a credit card, cometimes u get discounts when u buy things and also the ability to get interest free instalments on big-ticket items.... and the cons is u sometimes over-spend on wat u can afford coz everything is on credit and there is a 2%/mth interest on late payment.. but most of us still wans a credit card... including mi!!was reading the newspaper juz now, there was an article mentioning that banks want the miniumum requirement for first credit card down from 30k/annum to 18k/annum. they have ask MAS to consider this matter. if it ever was approved, i shall immediately run to the bank and fill up the application form... *lol* but tis is a 99.9% impossible thing ba... nonetheless, i'll still pray hard hard for it to come true. few years back i was in hongkong, can see dat credit card is widely use and is easy to apply.. as my hkg fren said, as long as u are a university student or holds a full-time job, the bank will approve ur credit card application... sounds great rite??? wonder if tis is really true.. the unis even link up wif banks to have their own credit cards. *wow* will s'pore even be like them??
