I'm really feeling frustrated at this very moment!! was juz informed by hubby dat mil doesn't want us to have our wedding on 22Dec07. coz tis date is winter solstice (dong zhi) so she scare will "cong". kaoz, if will like dat happened den y the geomancer gave us tis date??? morever, tis date was gotten in apr tis yr. i dunno who i shd blame now, geomancer (for nt telling us the date was winter solstice), hubby (for not informing mil earlier when i told him ppl told me it was winter solstice) or mil (for being supersitious)???

hey!!! i've booked the banquet venue Antica Ballroom at orchard parade hotel for 22Dec07 since jun tis year n paid deposit $2.1k liao, my photographer also booked the same time lor wif 50% deposit ($1.1k) paid. i was basically calling the banquet manager Eric (although he off duty liao) and my photographer Kelvin frantically to tell them i need to change my wedding dates.

wat i need now is a auspicious date, with both the antica ballroom and Kelvin available at the same day!!!! so com tuesday i muz go down to the geomancer and ask for all the auspicious dates from nov-dec'07 & jan'08 liao.

I was told by Eric dat all the dates in dec'07 were fully taken except, 29-31Dec. at first i tot 31dec coz we were also given tis date which was deemed auspicious for us, but it's a monday lor, how is my relative going to come for the tea ceremony and wouldn't the banquet attendence be low??? not many ppl willing to specially take leave or rush down fm work lor.

many thanks to Kelvin for being so understanding when i told him dat i'd to change my wedding date. He was willing to check his availability for the dec'07 & jan'08 period and get back to my asap. i hope he'll be available for my big day otherwise i do not koe wat to do liao and wat is going to happened to my deposit.
