received a new mobile phone fm hubby.. so happy!! coz usually hubby wun get mi one no matter how much i wanted to get one.. it's the sony ericsson K810i.. actually i wanted the champagne colour version, but the last piece the shop had got a little scratch.. so bo pian took the noble blue colour one. hubby upgraded his mobile to the same model n colour.. so now we have couple phone :p

finally cooked a proper dinner for my hubby 5mths after we shifted in to our lovenest.. sorry dear, make u eat so much canned food, eggs n rice.

the begedels was prepared yesterday.. today i oni coated them with egg n fried them. dear hubby went to ntuc tis morning n bought yong tau foo for me while i was still in bed coz i mentioned yesterday dat i wan to cook yong tau foo soup. the teriyaki chicken was from CP frozen food, cost $4.00 but yummy.. i shall cook my own teriyaki chicken next time. the eggs was leftover fm coating the begedels, decided nt to waste it, so into the frying pan it went. hubby very give face to me n ate more coz he said tis is the first time he see me do real cooking.

ok, with hubby's encouragement, ii shall to cook more proper meals every weekend. time to source for recipes!

tried my hands at making my own begedel (savoury potato patty) aft learning it fm my neighbour Sutini. it's those potato patty dat we normally see at nasi padang store.. took me 2hrs fm peeling the potatos, frying, mashing and finally shaping it into small round patties. gonna fry it tml for lunch. tml i'm cooking my first proper lunch for hubby.. hope it will not be too bad.

bought the DVD for korean drama Coffee Prince (咖啡王子1号店) starring Yoon Eun Hye of Princess Hour fame. got it tis evening at Poh Kim.. but oni part 1 (episode 1 to 9) is out... tink it'll take at least 2 weeks for part 2 to be out...

nw is 4.41am n i'm still up watching episode 4 nice drama!!!
