was down with beri bad sore throat, in fact an infection and fever yesterday... it was all due to me been stupid.. coz i ate a packet of famous amos chocolate chip cookies on thur aftn. bought the cookies when i was in KL and couldn't resist the temptation *bang wall*

was still ok in the morning except for the beri bad throat... den aft lunch started to feel real dizzy n cold.. even aft wearing my sweater n adjusting the air-con in the office also no use den i tot muz be something wrong. cannot tahan anymore then i called my GM to ask for time off (there was no one else in the office at dat time). it was 3.30pm then, sway sway he nv bring office keys.. ask me to wait till 4pm. so i bo pian juz tahan somemore lor.

he finally came back at 4.15pm n off i went. dun tink can tahan the mrt trip back so i juz got onto the first available cab i saw. heng no peak hr or ERP charge. immediately drop myself onto bed when i reached home. asked hubby if i'm feverish n he said normal, but i feel feverish n cold lor. simply wrapped myself into the quilt n told hubby to wake me up at 7pm when the clinic opp our blk opens.

when hubby woke me up at 7pm, i was really running a fever liao.. whole body aching, dizzy and cold. heng the clinic nt much patients, i was 2nd in queue. but the doc still nt here.. he oni came at 7.20pm. finally saw him at 7.40pm. he said my throat was really bad n fever was 39 degrees. coz no phelgm or cough most prob is bacterial infection . but i tink is coz of me pigging out the famous amos cookies. told me to rest n go back to him if the fever does nt stop on sunday.

dragged myself home, changed into long sleeves n pants PJ and socks, once again dropped myself onto bed n sleep till 9pm when hubby returned with dinner. he bought me 'mui fan' but i totally no appetite, ate abit oni n sat onto the sofa to watch tv. hubby was beri sweet yesterday, emptied out the ice-box in our fridge n make ice towel for me to run down the fever. tis goes on until he used up all the ice n again i went to sleep. i guess the ice towel really works as the fever stopped soon after.

am feeling much better nw except for the sore throat.. hope it'll be better soon. MIL had actually planned to cook lunch today at my place and has already bought the ingredients with hubby yesterday morning. as i was oni really sick fm late aftn, it was too late to stop them. hubby called MIL last nite n told her i'm sick. so she decided nt to com over to cook lunch since i wun haf the appetite to eat. haiz, i feel so bad. haf asked hubby to call MIL to com over on tue instead since it's a public holiday.
